Kiss and Motley Crue will be engaged in a massive North American tour this summer together!
The two-month trek is scheduled to kick off July 20 in Bristow, Va., and run through a Sept. 23 show in Hartford, Conn.
When asked about the pairing, Crue bassist Nikki Sixx commented, “I think its a perfect match, maybe a match made in hell, but a perfect match.”
As for what to expect on the tour, KISS singer-bassist Gene Simmons declared, “What you’re gonna hear onstage is live music — no karaoke singers allowed, no fake bulls–t.”
Among the other details revealed were that KISS would play last every night, and that each band would play for approximately 90 minutes.
Tickets for the tour are set to go on sale this Friday, March 23, with fan club presales launching tomorrow, March 21. More details can be found on the official websites of Motley Crue and KISS. Check out the full list of tour dates below:
